Accessibility statement

1. Our commitment

This statement applies to the website miceplotflow.click operated by Miceplotflow B.V., a recording studio in Amsterdam. We want everyone to use the site, including people with disabilities, temporary injuries or older devices.

We design and maintain the site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as a practical target. Where European accessibility law (European Accessibility Act) applies to our services, we factor those requirements into our planning.

2. What you can do on the site

• Enlarge text to about 200% without losing content on a 320 px-wide viewport;
• Navigate the menu, FAQ, form and cookie banner with the keyboard, with visible focus;
• Disable animations via the system ‘prefers-reduced-motion’ setting;
• Read pages with headings, landmarks and labelled form fields; images include alternative text from our content.

Directions to the studio are on Contact and in Tram 1 or 7: stop Overtoom (towards the city centre). Walk about three minutes west along Overtoom; the entrance is on street level beside the large windows. From Amsterdam Zuid station: metro 52 or tram 1 towards the centre, exit at Overtoom. On-street paid parking only; no private car park.; ask us in advance via contact about physical access to the building.

3. Conformance status

We have not commissioned a full external audit and therefore publish no conformance percentage. Based on internal checks we consider the site partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA, given the limitations below and the lack of independent testing.

This statement is voluntary and informative; it does not limit your legal rights. Contractual terms for sessions are in our terms and conditions.

4. Known limitations

• Form via FormSubmit. After submit, an interim page from that US service may appear; we do not control its language or accessibility. You can always call or email us.
• Map link. Directions open OpenStreetMap, a third-party site. Text directions are on About and Contact.
• Screen readers. We routinely test keyboard and zoom, but not yet every screen reader and browser combination.
• Contrast on some accent colours. We keep reviewing colours; tell us if text is hard to read.

• the page (for example services or a guides article);
• what you tried and where it failed;
• device, browser and any assistive technology.

We aim to reply within 2 working days and, where possible, provide the information in another format (for example by email).

6. Enforcement and disputes

In the Netherlands, disputes about digital accessibility may be raised with the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) or, depending on the case, other regulators. Discrimination on grounds of disability can also be reported to the Netherlands Institute for Human Rights, mensenrechten.nl (information also in English).

We ask you to talk to us first — many barriers are fixed with a targeted change.

7. Preparation of this statement

Statement prepared on 16 October 2026. Last substantive review of the website: 16 October 2026.

Method: internal review by the Miceplotflow team. Manual checks on unique page types (home, about, services, service pages, guides, FAQ, contact, legal pages): keyboard, focus, 200% zoom, widths 320–1440 px, reduced motion, sample contrast checks. Automated checks for alt text, labels, language attributes, heading hierarchy and link text.

Technologies: HTML5, CSS and optional JavaScript; core content remains readable without scripts. Privacy and cookies: privacy policy and cookie policy.
