1. Who is responsible?
Miceplotflow B.V., registered as a private limited company (B.V.), acts as controller for data handled through miceplotflow.click and during studio operations at Overtoom 574, 1054 LM Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Chamber of Commerce 86631235, VAT ID NL834833360B01. Statutory director Sanne de Vries. Reach the privacy desk via [email protected] or 020 728 4519. No dedicated DPO is appointed because our processing volume does not require one.

2. Scope
Visitors to miceplotflow.click, email correspondents and artists booking vocal recording, band recording, mixing, mastering or podcast & voice-over in Amsterdam are covered here.
Corporate clients who send guests or session players remain controllers for those individuals; Miceplotflow processes their data under the data processing agreement while the client’s own notice should explain their rights.
3. What data we collect
Contact form: name, email, optional phone, service type, optional preferred date and free-text project notes. We need the required fields to answer; without an email address we cannot send a quote.
Booking and studio work: invoice details, artist or band name, session timings, message history, bank references. You may pay a 30% deposit by transfer; in-studio card payments run on the bank terminal and we never keep full card numbers.
Audio captures: vocals and takes can identify you and therefore count as personal data. We handle them solely to deliver the booked work. Video you shoot yourself in the rooms remains your responsibility towards anyone appearing in frame.
Technical logs: TransIP B.V. stores server logs (IP, timestamp, URL, user agent) to keep the site stable. The cookie banner writes your choice to mcpl_consent_v1 in local storage without personal identifiers.
We do not request special-category information. To move a date for health reasons, a short message is enough — we do not ask for medical paperwork.

Your information is not traded to brokers and we run no mailing list at present.
5. Voice, image, minors and artificial intelligence
Voice and likeness fall under privacy and portrait rules in the Netherlands. We do not post session clips, behind-the-scenes photos of clients or name you on miceplotflow.click or social channels unless you agree in writing beforehand.
Material recorded for clients is never fed into machine-learning or synthetic-voice tools, and we do not build voice doubles without separate written approval from the person concerned.
Bookings for anyone below 16 must be made by a parent or guardian, who supplies contact details. The website is not designed as an online service targeted at children.
6. Recipients and processors
Access inside Miceplotflow is limited to colleagues who need it for recording, mixing, planning or finance. Recipients outside the studio may include:
- TransIP B.V. (Vondellaan 47, 2332 AA Leiden, the Netherlands) for website hosting, mail and file storage, typically within the EU/EEA;
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which relays contact-form submissions to our inbox;
- our external bookkeeper, who sees invoice lines under professional confidentiality rules;
- our bank, for incoming and outgoing payments;
- public bodies when a statutory duty applies.
Each supplier that processes data for us signs Article 28 GDPR terms. B2B session work is further described in the data processing agreement.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
TransIP B.V. processes hosting and mail within the Netherlands and wider EU. The FormSubmit relay operates from the United States, so submitting the contact form can mean a transatlantic hop. We rely on GDPR Chapter V tools such as standard contractual clauses where applicable; the vendor remains outside our direct oversight.

8. Security
We combine organisational and technical safeguards: TLS on miceplotflow.click, named user accounts, strong passwords, disk encryption on studio machines where practical, premises secured outside opening hours, and wiping project folders once the 24-month archive ends. Annex B of the data processing agreement lists extra controls for corporate jobs.
Should an incident create a likely risk to your rights, we report to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens and contact you directly when GDPR Article 34 requires it. Internet transfer always carries residual risk; after receipt we treat data according to our internal checklist.
9. Your rights
GDPR rights available to you include:
- obtaining a copy of your data and processing information (Art. 15);
- having inaccurate details corrected (Art. 16);
- requesting deletion where retention is no longer justified (Art. 17);
- asking us to pause certain processing (Art. 18);
- receiving structured, machine-readable exports of data you supplied (Art. 20);
- objecting to processing grounded in legitimate interest (Art. 21);
- revoking consent for future use while leaving past processing intact (Art. 7(3)).
Email [email protected] or write to Overtoom 574, 1054 LM Amsterdam. We answer within one calendar month and may extend by two months for intricate cases, with notice. Requests are normally free; repetitive or abusive ones can be charged at a fair rate.
Unhappy with our response? File a complaint with the AP via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. A quick note to us beforehand often solves the issue.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
Analytics and ad cookies are absent. The consent banner writes mcpl_consent_v1 to local storage for 182 days so we remember accept/reject/custom settings across five categories, four of which currently contain no tools. Read cookie policy or reopen .
11. Links to other websites
Route links may open OpenStreetMap; textual directions also appear on About and Contact via Tram 1 or 7: stop Overtoom (towards the city centre). Walk about three minutes west along Overtoom; the entrance is on street level beside the large windows. From Amsterdam Zuid station: metro 52 or tram 1 towards the centre, exit at Overtoom. On-street paid parking only; no private car park.. External operators govern their own privacy rules once you leave miceplotflow.click.
12. Changes
We revise this notice when pricing, tooling or legislation shifts. The active text carries date 16 October 2026; registered clients receive email when an update materially affects processing.
